City Lights is a high-growth,
full service electrical construction and maintenance company
that specializes in commercial, industrial, and institutional
projects. We pride ourselves on our ability to do quality
electrical and communications work in a timely manner at a
competitive price.
Signature Projects
Among our signature work is our involvement in 12 projects
with the Central/Artery Tunnel including the Ted Williams
Tunnel, the Broadway Bridge, and Congress to High Street.
Other benchmark projects include our MBTA Power and Signal,
such as the renovation of Kenmore Station, Cabot Yard, Red,
Green and Blue Line modifications and new Commuter Rail systems.
Commercial and institutional projects include: State Street
Bank, CitiStreet, Logan International Airport, Harvard, BankBoston,
Club Quarters, Omni Parker House, E.D.I.C., 125 High Street,
the Army Materials Technology Laboratory, Boston City Hospital,
Hale and Dorr Law Offices, Massachusetts Correctional Institution,
Mount Hope Affordable Housing, Batterymarch Park, and the
Rosewood Development.
Our Team
The management of City Lights combines education with lengthy
experience to forge a strong team. Our most important attribute
is our reputation for quick response, rapid problem resolution,
and quality work. Our field staff unites speed with innovation
to design and install the finest cost-effective solutions
for our clients' electrical needs. In addition, we provide
24-hour emergency call services with a guarantee of assistance
within two hours.
City Lights is bonded by Chubb Insurance and fully insured
through L. Robert DeSanctis Insurance Co. We are a union contractor;
a member of the National Electrical Contractors Association,
and signatory to the collective bargaining agreement with
the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. In addition,
we are a recognized Women's Business Enterprise, certified
with the Massachusetts State Office of Minority and Women
Business Assistance (SOMWBA).
